A 45 minute class designed to help shape and strengthen the body to burn calories.  Class participants will do low impact cardio exercises with high rep weights.  Plus FX helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism.  This class is geared towards individuals that struggle with weight loss and have a significant amount of weight to loose.  All fitness levels may enroll.  Lets get Sculpted by "Doing it together!"
