Join us at one of our classes! All of our classes take place in a judgment-free zone. You are encouraged to show up “as you are” and know that you will be held in a safe and comfortable space by your facilitator and fellow participants.

Free Event - Celebrate World Tai Chi & Qigong Day!

Saturday April 27  10am-11am                                                                                                                               

One World... One Breath

Come join with people all across the world- in hundreds of cities, and more than 80 nations in the free annual global health and healing event right in your own backyard! Learn about the benefits of traditional Chinese Medicine. Learn and practice the gentle exercises of Tai Chi and Qigong. Come dressed comfortably to allow for gentle movement. Taught by Special Guest Instructor Antoinette Horn, Integral Qi Gong and Tai Chi Teacher  

Fun Yoga

Wednesdays  7-8:00 p.m.                                                                                                                 $10 per class

This isn't a typical yoga class!  It's quirky, engaging and is a place where fun and joy are taken seriously! You will be guided through yoga poses that will loosen you up, make you laugh  and help you reduce stress--all while enjoying a balanced workout. Leave feeling fresh and renewed. This class is ongoing, so drop in any time.  All ages and abilities are welcome.  No previous yoga or fitness experience is necessary to participate.  Be sure to adress comfortably and bring a mat if you have one. Extra mats are available if needed.   

Family & Partner Fun Yoga

Second Friday of  the Month 7- 8 p.m.                                                                                               $20 per family

Designed to nurture your sense of play and connection - whether that means with your children, spouse, partner, grandchildren or friends.  All are welcome!  Family & Partner Fun Yoga will combine playful yoga movement, partner poses, vocalization and imaginative play to allow you and your crew to bond, build trust, exercise in a fun and lighthearted way, and leave feeling connected.  

Open Women's Circle

First Friday of the Month, 7-9 p.m.                                                                                                       $10 per circle

Something incredible happens when women gather together in sisterhood.  Join us for fun evenings of connection, laughter an renewal.  Circle gatherings allow women to share honestly, explore topics of personal growth, create strong bonds with one another and provide support - all in fun and empowering way.  All circles are created as a safe space and are judgment free.  Come and let your hair down!  

iRest Yoga Nidra

Last Thursday of the Month 6:30-7:30 p.m.                                                                                         $10 per class Class Begins April 25th 2019

Looking for a simple an accessible form of meditation designed for modern living?  Join us the last Thursday of each month when our Gentle Yoga Class transforms into a special iRest Yoga Nidra class!

iRest Yoga Nidra is a method of meditative self-inquiry based on the ancient practice of yoga nidra but presented in a form made accessible for modern living.  iRest, or Integrative Restoration, is designed to bring the healing benefits of yogic and meditative practices to a wide variety of people.  Practicing this form of yoga will allow you to more easily tap into a place of inner calm, build resiliency and manage stress.  No prior meditation or yoga experience required.  

Gentle Yoga Basics

Thursday  6:30-7:30                                                                                                                             $10 per class Begin April 4th, 2019                                                                               

The gentle yoga class focuses on fundamentals of alignment, gentle flow, and exploring adaptions.  Whether you are new to your yoga practice or are more experienced and want a gentle paced, alignment focused class, all are welcome.
